About the Owner

Howdy, I’m Lauren, the founder of VITA. I started this studio because I truly believe movement can transform your life. I found Pilates at one of my lowest moments, and it completely changed my life. Immediately, I knew that I wanted to share Pilates with as many people as possible!

I’m always sharpening my craft. I am constantly learning how the body moves, strengthens, and heals. I bring that depth into every class and private I lead.

My goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels supported, challenged, and seen—especially those navigating tricky moments in life or wanting to feel stronger and more confident in their bodies.
