Vitality

The essence of living. True vitality is whole-body health—coordinating body, mind, and spirit to help you feel alive, energized, and ready for life.

Explore the original 34 Pilates exercises created by Joseph Pilates. This full-body mat class builds strength, balance, and body awareness, leaving you feeling alive, strong, and centered. Perfect for mastering the foundations and setting yourself up for success in all other class formats.

Integration

Intentional movement that connects your practice to your everyday life. Whether it’s getting up off the floor with your grandkids, recovering post-partum, or hitting a new personal best, stability, mobility, and control are the building blocks.

This class blends stability, mobility, and control to help you move better beyond the mat. With functional flows and intentional cueing, we’ll connect your mind, muscles, and movement patterns—so everyday life feels a little lighter and stronger.

Transformation

Change that goes beyond the physical. By consistently caring for your body, you’ll feel the mental and emotional benefits too—confidence, clarity, and strength that support your personal goals.

A challenging mat session - using props and progressive sequences, this class helps you push past limits, redefine your strength, and create lasting transformation from the inside out. (Not to the beat of the music, but we do move a bit quicker)

Alignment

Working the small muscles around your spine and throughout your body to find a naturally taller, more comfortable posture. Alignment improves your balance and movement, helping you feel grounded and supported both in workouts and in life.

This restorative and precision-focused class emphasizes posture, balance, and breath. Through mindful movement, we’ll realign the spine, activate stabilizing muscles, and help you feel taller, freer, and more at ease in your body.

VITA

A combination of all of our class styles.

10 minutes of classical work, 30 minutes of strength and sculpt, 10 minutes of mobility.

Expect a full-body flow that challenges your strength, awakens your core, and leaves you feeling energized, aligned, and renewed.

Mommy & Me

This class is built for moms who are ready to feel strong again. Bring your little ones (under 3) and join a supportive, judgment-free environment designed for post-partum bodies.

We focus on deep core repair, pelvic floor strength, stability, and intentional movement patterns that rebuild from the inside out. You’ll sweat, connect, and walk out feeling capable and not depleted.
